Returns & Exchange Policy

  1. Introduction

    At OpulentLeaf, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Below are the details of our return and exchange policies for both OpulentLeaf products and our Focus V range.

  1. General Return Policy

    All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our luxury products, all sales are final. However, if an item is defective or damaged upon receipt, you may be eligible for a replacement or store credit.

    Request for Returns: For any returns, the product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. A return request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery by contacting support@opulentleaf.com. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address.

    Refunds: Refunds are not available, but you may receive store credit for returned items. Items must be in their original state to qualify.

  1. Focus V Products

    For our Focus V product line, the following return and warranty policies apply:

    Warranty Coverage:

    Devices like the CARTA 2 and AERIS have a limited 1-year warranty.

    Accessories such as batteries and glass tops are not covered under warranty but may be replaced if defective within 30 days of receipt.

    If your Focus V product is defective, please file a warranty claim directly through our support team. Photo evidence may be required for validation.

    Warranty Claims:

    Focus V products with valid warranty claims may be repaired or exchanged.

    Please retain your proof of purchase, as it will be required for any warranty claim submissions.

  1. Exchanges

    Exchanges are only available for defective products. To initiate an exchange, contact our support team at support@opulentleaf.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

    Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

  1. Shipping for Returns

    Domestic: For approved returns within South Africa, OpulentLeaf will cover the shipping costs.

    International: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional duties or taxes.

  1. Custom Orders

    For custom or personalized items, all sales are final. These items are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective.

  1. How to Initiate a Return

    To initiate a return or exchange, email us at support@opulentleaf.com with the following:
    • Your order number.

    • Photo evidence of any defects, if applicable.


    We will review your request and provide further instructions.
